We will be performing routine maintenance on the Time system during off-hours starting at 8 p.m. MT, Saturday, March 17th until 1 a.m. MT. During the scheduled maintenance period we do not anticipate any downtime. However, some customers may experience brief connectivity issues to the web environment, on-demand clocks will continue to operate and collect punches in their off-line mode. Once the SaaS environment returns to full service, the clocks will automatically connect, upload the collected punches and process them into the timecards. We apologize for any inconvenience, but this work is important to meet our shared goals of reliability and availability going forward. Thank you in advance.
