Example Perfect Attendance Policy

A Perfect Attendance Policy can be set up to award employees with a negative point amount credited to their Disciplinary Scale when the selected errors fail to appear on their Time Card for the selected range of days.

  • The number of days is specified as the Day Period with a Point Amount (preferable negative).
  • The Trigger is set to "No Occurrences," and the Time Card Errors and Absences that the action will check for are selected.

If the employee goes the specified number of days without the selected errors appearing on their Time Card, the point amount is awarded.
