Average (Blended) Overtime
This feature allows for compliance with California
specific Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) rules.
This law states that the average "regular
rate" must be an average of all hours worked
during the week, with this regular rate used to
calculate daily overtime. The regular rate is
calculated separately based on the week, but the
overtime applied is based on the assigned overtime
policy ("Daily," "Weekly,"
"Consecutive Days," etc.).
