Employee Schedule

This section allows you to view the schedules currently assigned to your employees, and to review all scheduling information that is no longer in effect.

Click on the main "Employee" navigation tab, and then on the "Employee Schedule" link at the top of the screen.

Select the desired Employee from the drop-down menu. Click on the icon_blue_single_arrow_back.jpg and icon_blue_single_arrow_forward.jpg icons to scroll through employees. The icon_employee_browse.jpg icon allows you to search for a specific employee using search criteria.

This screen is divided into multiple sections.

Default Schedule

This section allows you to assign a Schedule Template to an employee. This template becomes the employee's default schedule with a dynamic rotation that reoccurs indefinitely.

Schedule Template History

This section displays the employee's currently assigned Schedule Template, and a history of previous schedule assignments.

Schedule Departments

This section allows you to specify the departments that the employee is allowed to be scheduled to work in.

Employee Availability

This section is used to enter the days of the week on which the employee is available for work. Partial and split availabilities can be entered, and the employee's preference is noted.

Shift Swap Requests

This section allows you to view the Shift Swap Requests that have been entered into the system.
